1. Booking Deposits • Deposits paid to secure an appointment are non-refundable unless cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice. • Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if notice is provided 24+ hours in advance.
2. Service Cancellations • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee. • No-shows or cancellations made on the day of service may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Unsatisfactory Services If you are unsatisfied with your detailing service: • Please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. • We will inspect the issue and, if appropriate, offer a re-clean or partial refund at our discretion. • Refunds will not be issued for pre-existing damage or unrealistic expectations beyond the agreed service.
4. Non-Refundable Services The following are non-refundable once completed: • Paint correction • Ceramic coatings • Any service where results are affected by previous damage or improper vehicle maintenance
5. Payment Disputes We encourage customers to resolve any concerns directly with us before pursuing payment disputes with your bank or payment provider. We aim to resolve all concerns quickly and fairly.
