1. Introduction MC Auto Detailing provides professional detailing services in NSW, Australia. These Terms and Conditions apply to all website visitors, clients, and customers. 

 

2. Services We offer a range of detailing services, including:

• Interior and exterior detailing • Paint correction • Ceramic coating • Subscription-based maintenance packages Service availability may vary based on location, vehicle condition, and technician availability. 

 

3. Bookings • Bookings can be made online, by phone, or direct message. • A deposit may be required for certain services. • We reserve the right to decline or reschedule bookings at our discretion. 

 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee. • Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows. 

 

5. Pricing & Payments • Prices are subject to change and depend on the size and condition of the vehicle. • Final pricing will be confirmed before service begins. • Full payment is due upon completion, unless agreed otherwise. • Accepted payment methods include cash, EFT, and card. 

 

6. Vehicle Condition & Liability • Customers must remove personal belongings from the vehicle before service. • MC Auto Detailing is not responsible for lost or damaged items. • We are not liable for pre-existing damage or damage caused by poor vehicle condition or aftermarket modifications. 

 

7. Satisfaction & Warranty • If you are not satisfied with a service, notify us within 24 hours. • Warranty on coatings and high-end services will be discussed at the time of booking. • Warranty may be void if post-service care instructions are not followed. 

 

8. Intellectual Property All website content, logos, and images are owned by MC Auto Detailing and may not be used without permission.
